Improvement Nanovest is a competition project of TechConnect Hackathon 2022. We got the challenge to improve the Nanovest Application. While working on this project we adopted the Design Thinking method. We conduct in-depth research to find problems, brainstorm solutions, make design plans, and user testing to validate the solutions that we offer. We finished this project in 1x24 hours and competed with 20+ professional team competitors.

My Responsibility

Aspiring as a Business Analyst

• Scrapping and analyzing 400+ data user reviews from Apple App Store for user feedback analysis to get insight

• Conducted user interviews to gain a deeper understanding of their characteristics, goals, and struggles, fostering a culture of empathy within the team and driving user-centric innovation.

• Spearheaded the evaluation of 4 key competitors, identifying unique value propositions for potential adoption and differentiation.

• Facilitated team brainstorming sessions that yielded 5+ innovative solutions and prioritized 3 main solutions, complete with detailed objectives, goals, and risk mitigation analysis, laying the foundation for successful project execution.

• Designed a visually engaging presentation and delivered a persuasive pitch to the jury.

• Delivered a persuasive pitch to the jury and audience, confidently fielding their questions.
