Improvement Adiraku is a project for the competition. We got the challenge to develop the Adiraku Application. In working on this project we adopted the Design Thinking method. We conduct in-depth research to find problems, brainstorm solutions, make design plans, and test users to validate our solutions. Besides that, we are also concerned about the business side of supporting Adira's profit via the Adiraku App.

Aspiring as Product Consultant

  • Scrapping 15.000++ data user reviews from Google Play Store for user feedback analysis to get an insight

  • Create a research plan to simplify the scope and solution to be worked on

  • Research and analysis of the market competition using Porter's Five Forces to identify the Adiraku environment and anticipate macro situations using PESTLE Analysis

  • Interview 2 users to get an insight into their characteristics, core needs, and problem

  • Analyzing the customer journey when applying for motorcycle loans in an empathetic way to get paint points and opportunities

  • Brainstorming with the team to get the best solution using the SCAMPER Methodology

  • Create a marketing strategy using the 5A's to acquire foreign target markets to become loyal customers, increase 40% brand awareness and 30% market reach, and prevent 30% user churn

  • Create financial projection in 5 years with the assumption to get revenue of more than  Rp3.000.000,000

  • Doing A/B Testing and Usability Testing to know user feedback from our solution

  • Designing pitch deck, pitching, and answer the jury's questions
